I often lament the amount of time I get to spend outside of the house, so tonight when Ellie decided chicken burgers were the must have meal (I don't know why...she doesn't eat burgers) James sent her and I out to get the necessary ingredients.It amuses me that James thinks sending me out on little errands at times (with a child in tow) will be enough to abate my desire to get out - with or without the children.

In my books, grocery shopping with 1 (or in my case 3 or 4) kids in tow is not getting out, it is a chore!! Unless, of course, I'm buying chocolate :)

@James - I brought Ellie a chocolate frog, I did not get chocolate and therefore this did not count as getting out ;)
I totally agree taking kids to the shops is not getting out! Infact somedays it can be torture LOL
