Our trip to the beach was beautiful, but this photo speaks to me of how I feel quite often, especially on weekends. Alone. One person walking through the sand, seeing the splendor around me and having nobody to share it with.
Not truly alone, because where ever I go I have my gorgeous girls, but alone in the sense of friends and a busy hubby. Not being able to turn to someone else and say "Look at them!" as they play together in such a way that my heart swells with joy.
Not being able to turn to someone during a horror shop, after a (deceivingly) blissful morning and simply say "Help!"
