Our first day as a married couple!
Off we went to buy momentos of Broome. It was a massively hot day and we were constantly ducking into anywhere that was air-conditioned. We had a look around the Open-air cinema and all the pearl shops - at first looking for 'cheap' pearls, huh!!!
We found a body suit for Bubba with a dolphin on it saying Broome (we got a Perth one from the airport with a cute turtle) - Mega cute. And James and I bought a frame for a wedding picture with Frangapanis in the corner and a plaque thing saying Broome.
We shopped for ages, until it was much too hot to keep going. Then we went 'home' for lunch and a sit down, it had been very draining.
After lunch we went to the Crocodile Park - which I had been looking foward to. We followed a guy around as he fed them and talked to us about them. He got in with the alligators and gave them a good pat - their faces were very puppy doggish, in a scaly way! It was amazing and fasinating - I was so intrigued by those huge reptiles! They look so ancient.
